2. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Mikra Webtec, including but not limited to web design, search engine optimisation, paid advertising management, social media marketing and related digital services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Services

We provide web design, SEO, Google Ads management, social media marketing, and related digital services. The specific scope of each project or engagement will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement. We reserve the right to subcontract work to qualified third parties where necessary.

4. Quotes & Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD and exclude applicable tax unless otherwise stated. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for projects where the scope changes materially from the original brief.

5. Payment Terms

One-off projects: 50% deposit required before work commences. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, prior to the final handover of deliverables.

Monthly services: Invoiced at the start of each month. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all website designs, code and content created specifically for the client become the property of the client. Until full payment is received, all materials, designs and code remain the sole property of Mikra Webtec. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Cancellation

Monthly services have minimum terms as specified in the relevant service agreement (typically 3–6 months). After the minimum term has elapsed, services may be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ written notice. For one-off projects, the deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. Any work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced accordingly.

8. Liability

Our total liability in connection with any service provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the relevant service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.

9. Dispute Resolution

These terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
